3. Manage front-end requirements, assign tasks to the technical team, conduct technical feasibility analysis, product design, R&D validation, and delivery.

4. Oversee project portfolios, ensuring smooth progression, issue resolution, risk management, and successful delivery.

5. Coordinate resources across R&D departments, manage conflicts, changes, risks, and incident escalations.

6. Establish mechanisms for accurate project execution and process optimization.

7. Participate in review meetings, organize team meetings, and provide regular project updates.

8. Develop project talent pipelines, select, train, and motivate project managers.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronics, Communications, or related technical fields.

2. Over 10 years of experience in product, project, and R&D management with strong communication and coordination skills. Experience managing medium-sized or larger teams.

3. Proficient in IPD, CMMI, and Scrum R&D systems with experience in establishing R&D project management processes.

4. High responsibility, stress resistance, goal-oriented execution, and problem-solving skills.

5. Strong analytical and learning abilities with basic data analysis skills.

6. Technical background with PMP or other nationally recognized project management certifications.
