1. Follow up on the trial production process of new products, lead meeting summaries, and track issue improvements.
2. Assist in improving equipment and tooling to enhance efficiency and improvements.
3. Provide training, guidance on process standards, and defective product analysis.
4. Confirm the first article of new products, and track and confirm trial production processes and techniques.
5. Confirm and evaluate process material consumption.
6. Analyze and evaluate new product capacity, and identify bottleneck processes.
7. Identify, propose, and optimize design/process issues during trial production.
8. Review and confirm work instructions.
9. Plan and set up new product lines, and lead customer on-site audits.
10. Have a basic understanding of the IATF 16949 system and prepare PPAP documents required by the engineering department.
11. Output DOE validation reports for key process parameters.
12. Proficiently apply PFMEA and continuously update the failure mode library.
13. Lead new products to meet yield and pass-through rate targets for mass production transition.
