1. Familiar with IATF 16949 core tools, knowledgeable about structural components or related materials; responsible for structural components and chemical materials for optoelectronic product lines.

2. Conduct supplier audits and guide QSA & QPA, as well as on-site guidance for major issues.

3. Lead supplier evaluations: quarterly and monthly supplier performance assessments, application and follow-up on performance results.

4. Participate in the audit of new supplier introductions, review PPAP/FAI documents submitted by suppliers.

5. Issue 8D reports for incoming material quality and follow up on closure, participate in raw material MRB reviews.

6. Establish and update IQC incoming material inspection standards regularly.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a science or engineering-related field.

2. Eight years of quality management experience in the electronics industry, with over five years of SQE experience.

3. Proficient in ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards, with strong communication and coordination skills.
