Job Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the overall sales strategy and annual business objectives for Mentech Hong Kong.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key accounts, strategic partners, and channel ecosystems to drive sustainable business growth.
  • Expand market presence across regional and global customers within the optical communications industry.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer requirements to support strategic business decisions.
  • Lead major commercial engagements and ensure successful project execution with a strong focus on customer experience.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, operations, and engineering to support long-term business success.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Optical Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the optical communications or optical transceiver industry.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience at Sales Director level or above.
  • Strong capabilities in strategic planning, business development, and executive-level negotiations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrates agility and sound judgment in a fast-paced international business environment.
  • Willingness to be based in Hong Kong.
